IronVein respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using IronVein, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, first name, last name, and chosen username.
• Age range: 16+ only; we do not collect full birthdates.
• User ID: generated by Firebase Authentication.
• App activity data: progression, training entries, scores, titles, and related in-app activity.

How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain your account and app features.
• Enable progression tracking and core functionality.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests and important account notices.

Data Storage

User data is securely stored using Google Firebase services. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account within the app by navigating to:
Settings → Delete Account.

You may also request deletion by contacting support@ironvein.com.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the app infrastructure (such as Firebase) or when required by law.
